Private Lesson
The 2.5 hour private lesson is the perfect choice of lessons for those who are really keen to learn kiteboarding. We will start you from scratch and take you through the skills you need to become confident at kite control. Sign up, grab a lesson and gain confidence!
Private 5 Hour Course
Lesson 2 is where it starts to get interesting. You already have gained some awesome skills with our first lesson. Now its time to gain more confidence and start getting serious. This lesson is a must for those that want to become independent.
How Many Lessons Do I Need?
Generally, we say 3 lessons. That’s 7.5 hours of premium one on one tuition. Each lesson will progress you, giving you more confidence and skills as we go.

How Much Wind Do I Need?
The first lesson is all about kite control and a lot of safety. So, you can happily learn what you need to know in a lighter wind. However, there is a lot more action in the second and third lessons, so You will need a decent breeze. We always teach in the right conditions. Your progress is the most important thing for us.

Our students gain a working knowledge of all aspects of safety involved in this powerful sport. We adhere strictly to International Kiteboarding Organisation – IKO standards. As Our student, you will receive a qualification to prove that you have this safety knowledge.
Learning the Skills and Kiteboarding
We take you through everything from Zero to Hero. This includes:
- Full Kite Control
- Body Dragging Downwind and Upwind
- Launching and Landing your Kite
- Complete Equipment Setup and Knowledge
- Emergency Self Landing
- Self Rescue
- Riding the Board
We also discuss:
- Weather
- Location Analysis
- The Wind Window
- Being a safe and courteous rider (kiteboarding etiquette)
- Where to rig your gear safely and confidently
- Lots of pro tips we’ve come to learn over the years
All training is in line with IKO standards.
